You got two 5D mark IVs (890g) and the 24-105mm f/4L (795g) on one body and the 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L (1,570g) on the other, Thats 4,145g or 4.15kg.
The heaviest tool I have on my belt is a hammer and that's probably around 400g, add a chisel (150g), couple screw drivers (300g), tape measure (80g) and a handful of nails/screws (300g) so that's 1.28kg all up.
