So I'm considering buying this, mainly for travel and a camera to take with me so I can take some cool pics on the go. What are your opinions on this camera. I would like to see some pictures that you have taken with this camera. I know people are going to tell me to just get a pixel but this camera just looks fun to shoot with.

It's a fun camera but I never cared for the rendering of the lens. I'd wait until the next gen X100 comes out so you can pick up the F cheap. Take a good look at flickr and see if you like the image quality - there's something slightly off about the drawing of the lens but I can't quite put my finger on it. The Ricoh GRs have much better optical quality (IMO), but 28mm might not be your cup of tea.

I can get a second hand x100f for around 800 euro. I have seen them for 650 - 750 but those are rare and have to get lucky. When are the new ones planned to come out?

It is a very fun camera. The fixed lens does occasionally make me wish I had the x-e3 sometimes but not enough make me sell my x100f. I really cannot fault the camera at all. The only upgrade from it for me would be a leica and they are way too expensive.
