I'm still fairly new to photography and I feel like most of the time that I get good shots, it's by accident. How do I start getting more shots that I like on purpose?

This one is just framed weird

And the other two could just use a little extra processing but not too much to stand out a little more. In general they’re a bit boring but if you’re new to taking photos it’s not a bad start at all. Keep it up.

Depending on if youre able to, you should write down your settings that youre using when you take the shot, then compare how the settings are different in the good pics vs the not so good ones, and then try to replicate it. It will give you an understanding of how capturing the picture works, and what needs to be happening for you to know when to take the shot.

How would you suggest making them less boring, and what sort of processing would you reccomend. All I have done is a little color correction/grading.

I think the problem are the subject. Many of them are trying to pose for the picture. Many of them are smiling. They look (as they are) like pictures of a party, a celebration. They are superficial, as the subjects are showing you which surface to show you. I'd suggest to steal pictures. I think they would be more interesting.

The problem is
There is nothing new or original about your photos, so the fact that they are done sub-par, makes them worse. Anyone can take photos of the current youth doing something. You are not showing anything except bad composition, lack of concept, lack of quality.
All I see is you expected the subjects and the theme to carry you.

I like the rule of thirds. If you divide the image into 3 parts vertically and horizontally it looks interesting when the action is taking place on those lines or intersections.

I'm not saying it would be artistic. Nobody asked about art. I also didn't suggest neither of your proposed techniques. All I tried to say is that I enjoy when a picture captures a moment that would be there regardless of the presence of the photographer, and these seem not to be the case. Nevertheless, that's a comment about the kind of photography I enjoy looking at, not a rule about how things should be done.
