I confess that I paid $200 for a pinhole camera, even though I easily could have made one myself. I bought a Zero Image 2000 because it's so aesthetic. I've been having boatloads of fun with primitive photo tech and really only enjoy using pinholes, large format, etc. It seems like the more inconvenient and expensive the process is, the more I enjoy it. I'm worried I'm going to start getting into retarded shit like salt printing and wet plates. I already have so much photo crap - I don't need any more.
