Hi. I'm looking for some videocameras. Need 4k resolution. High low light quality. One hand operation. Medium cost. Low weight. Zoom isn't very important.

Pretty much anything that can into 4k, but look for reviews about how long it takes for camera to overheat. This thing, for instance, overheats after 30-40 minutes.
For handheld video, stabilization makes a big difference, you want it.
Sensor size and aperture, bigger is better when low light.

I actually just own a Sony A7s with 55mm lens and it works wonders for dogging. Too OP just take one LED mounted on your body for night shots in the public (ISO is great too but becomes way too noisy if you move your subjects to a completely dark area of the park). Also I had a 24-70 but it got way to messy since people just bumped into the camera when they got too excited and the sweat fucked up the focus ring. A great choice would be a 35 Samyang pancake lens but I was not comfortable being too close to the subject and she wasn’t either. Endings can be a massive hustle as well since it can get very messy. So a 40 or 50mm is a great choice.

The a6400 is pretty amazing. It can now do animal eye autofocus, which I can confirm works on doggos, and it's fast too. And in 4k video, you can use the touch screen to tap on the dog, and it will track it.

I used a7 for a while. One of the problems with it was being quite heavy. Hardly one hand operation OP is requesting, but that was managable. If nothing it made my right hand strong as my left in a jiffy. Then once I was shooting this great scene with subject in the car (pleasuring), and it came to that sudden outburst you sometime encounter, and some of the liquid went straight to the camera and lens. No biggy, I thought, splendid shot, then after a while both my camera and lens failed...

So, yeah, I would not advise Sony on anyone.
