Brought these Polish Hot Dogs from the Supermarket.
Got everything pictured plus some frozen fries.
How do i prepare these for maximum kino?

Wrong thread. But throw the ketchup away. Slice the hot dogs and onions, throw that into a pan until the onions are caramelized and then in with the sauerkraut in the end. Throw mayo and mustard on the bread in the form of a sandwich and eat.

You could also just do a cold sauerkraut way.

Cook the polish whole, grill or boil I dont care.

Then cut the onions into thin rings or strips. Save half uncooked.

Caramelize half the onions and dice the other half up real small. Not mince.

Then put all on the roll, toast if you want. Add caramelized onions and raw onions, then saurkraut, then mustard and relish.

Like I said throw the ketchup away.

Lose everything except the onion, dogs, the OG French's and 2 rolls.
Order left to right as above, except create converging lines by angling the dogs and rolls towards the mustard, which is slightly further from you than the rest of the ingredients.

Though I guess you've eaten them by now.

Hot sauce is always an addition. Like any spices. Traditionally kielbasa I eat are spiced and hot so up to you to up the ante.

Ketchup is once again a fucking no go. Use it for the fries and even then, I would have made a garlic aioli dip instead.

I had

Polish beer mustard on both.
Spicy mustard on both.
A little ghost pepper sauce and fried onions on one.
Raw diced onions and saurekraut on the other.
