It does go away, give it a year or two. It's a pretty big hump to go over to get the point where you're creating genuinely good images, but its the struggle that sets you apart from the hordes of shitty boomer photogs.

Eventually you realize it doesn’t matter because you’re not a professional and what you’re doing isn’t art. Just take photos of things that interest you and enjoy yourself. As long as you’re having fun everyone else can suck your dick because at the end of the day you’re doing this for you.

I like the majority of pictures I take because I like the memories they have and the fun I had taking them, not because of the quality of them or how good I perceive them to be.

I am very very amateur, and have no authority to say this, but I think once you get to the point where you can like your pictures for what they are, and also take quality images, you're probably good at photography at that point. Or something like that idk.
