I picked the XT-100 because my budget was limited (500 dollars or less), and the XT-100 were a good all-around pick (compared to the sony a6000, Nikon D3500 and Olympus E-M10 II) + good size and looks (I used to shot film, and the attractiveness of the camera was a considerable factor when not intimidating people on the street). And as me and other said, the fuji-X looks promising.
I'm happy with my choice, but be aware of the problems that I mentioned. It took me a couple of weeks to be really happy with my purchase.
