>>3524648Phone cameras are pretty bad, they may have a sensor with as much or more pixels as a mirrorless/DSLR, but their lense can't handle that kind of resolution, their dynamic range sucks, they have much noise at high ISO and often no ability to manualy adjust anything except for ISO and exposure.
As
>>3524683 said, they have a good software to correct these flaws.
Most cameras don't do it as much as phones do, so you can decide what you want to do with the picture yourself.
Things you can do with a DSLR/Mirrorless you can't do with a phone:
>take picture of fast moving object without motion blurMost cameras go up to shutter speeds of 1/4000 second or faster and combined with a fast lense they don't even need high ISO to use it.
>take long exposure for motion blur effectsYou can expose pretty long with a real camera and even do stuff like lightpainting.
>telephoto lensesEspecialy APS-C sensors can give you a huge range with a telephoto lense, if that's still not enough the pic is usualy sharp enough to crop it later.
>optical/in body image stabilisationExpose realy long without noticeable shake in the image and smoother videos
>.rawIf you save your images as .raw, you can edit them better since you saved darker and brighter stuff than can be showed in a .jpg
>tripod+fast lense+high ISO+long exposure=everything is brightEven if you can't see anything, your camera can still take a picture.
>manual focusEver noticed when autofocus fucked up and focused on the wrong thing?
A real camera has the option of either setting focus points or focusing manualy to begin with.
That's not everything, but some things even normies should understand.
