>fasster>iso>trackingFor stuff like this you need all of the above. A dslr isn't the tool for the job really. A modified webcam or dedicated planetary camera is "better". Capture video then stack the best frames to reduce noise and increase resolution.
Even with a nice tracker you need high shutter speeds for the Moon. The atmosphere fucks up IQ big time, you need to freeze moments of good seeing.
