I'd say the easiest way to say it is organic emotion/motion. Your pose is awkward and stiff, and you're not looking at anything we can see. There's no context to your situation, so the components are unaligned to a purpose. It may have some subjective value to you. If so, that's great. But as a photograph for other people, it doesn't tell a story. I the photo was taken closer to the man, or we got a larger view of the environment in which he was set, it would have something more. Posing is about constructing a story. Even so, just capturing the place you like, or the subject you want in a place/time that's unannounced, it would have a more potent impact, I think.
But basically soul is just something you know. It's vibrant, honest, and has a story. Full of life.
