It is HARD to find one without the dots. They are a manufacturing defect and are present in almost all of them. Minolta would replace the lens if you sent it into them, but Minolta no longer does so.
The actual coating is being damaged, so opening it up and cleaning it is not an option. You can get them recoated, but when I looked into it it was not much less than the cost of a clean one (~$300).
Unless he spots are really bad they won't seem to affect the sharpness or cause and image defects, but will hurt the contrast quite a bit.
The good thing is that if you find a clean one it is most likely not going to develop the spots at this point.
