Bought a 5Ds and a 100-400L II gray market from a large eBay vendor. Had to change the 5Ds menu from something-Asian to English out of the box. Other than that, no complaints, everything was new and in perfect condition.

Bought all of my manual primes lenses on etsy and ebay.

Never been disappointed, always exactly like the photo.

Ebay will protect you if you use paypal. Happened to me once.

Imo the most finical sellers, with the cleanest lenses are german and czech.

That could be a chip, or lens fungus. then again it could be nothing.

So if you see that type of scratch on the glass, would it be a deal breaker? Pictures of the lens look clean with no fungus, it only has those scratches there.
