I bought this Sony Alpha A7 (looks like a first gen) at a garage sale for $150. It came with a single 28-70 mm lens (with no lens cap or e-mount), carrying case, a 32GB SD card (this doesn't matter to me much as I have something way bigger and faster) and a third party charger with an additional battery (also third party).

Is this camera any good? Did I get ripped off? The lady who sold it to me said it belonged to her son who was in the military.
