Drive around during the day and look for it. Drive everywhere you can. Do a grid of the entire city you live in and set a goal of about 100 streets a day at least. Go up and down looking for anything that remotely looks like that van, paying attention to the come and go traffic. If that fails, you're going to need to stay awake on weekend nights. Take the plate off your van and park it somewhere and just wait. Eventually, you'll find him. Do not accept if he offers back the goods in question.
