So I got my new camera, a Sony A7 with the 28-70mm kit and a 9usd Zomei CPL.
Anyway i came to visit family for new year and will post some of the test pics i took out of boredom
They're all vertical and 16:9 for stories, sorry about that

I like this. At first I thought the gray boat was too crowded to the left edge of the image, but then I noticed that it’s balanced out by the red boat having a similar respective placement to the right.

Actually these are separate pictures taken at vertical and horizontal format since as stated i inteded to upload them to stories, but >>3595135 was intended for feed.
Im like space in my pics too, so my fave is the vertical one also!

No, as exif reads, its ff.
I dont know what makes you feel it "lacks" photons, i could imagine darker spots on the image?? But maybe you get that feeling because i shot thru the windshield¿?

9:16 is complete new format (and really demanded cause mobile traffic already is 55% of internet and basically 90% of people get information from mobiles) you can make a good serious with it and it will look cool and really fresh. i never in my life seen a good photo series made in such format

I think the same, I took some ads photo classes, and learned a lot about social media. Im actually thinking about making part of my work aimed for phone/tablet screens, since fits the actual public and means some kind of challange to compose without getting repetitive in 9:16

and now mobile have good good screen, works as fast as usual laptop, and internet speed grew a lot

Here, basically for this pics I just bumped hard the wb towards warm tones, in this case, from 5750 to about 7490. That is the main reason of this look.
Then is just adjust sliders kinda pic related.

they cost nothing and fast primes is the point where the REAL photography started, cause lens make picture camera only fixing it. lens is 51% or result camera is 49%
