What do you mean "frames", we are talking about still pictures, right? There's no multiple frames in a still photo

shift to bw, desaturate it basically

go back in photoshop and hue color it back in transparent color would workeven

how technicolor u get is up to how much time u want to spend recoloring ur bw photo

Tungsten lights and lots of them. Then fuck around with white balance and then dick with colour channels. Make sure you have bold colors in the shot too.

He did something very similar then. Except he needed to take frames in consequence, limiting his technique to still scenes. Technicolor ran three rgb colored films at same time through prism. When combining It gave them much higher control over colour as opposed of normal one coloured film process later popularised by kodak and fujifilm.
