>>3601695much better than your previous one. The negative space at the top combined with the framing of the branches of the bottom lets the cross stand out well
>>3601696looks the same as last thread, same crit applies
Why are 2/3rds of the frame occupied by overcast sky? Not very interestin subject
Is the subject supposed to be fog and hills in middle? The farm on the bottom left? The city on the bottom right? unclear.
>>3601697underexposed, but composition not bad at a glance, might actually work with better lighting or just postprocessing
>>3601700nice composition and framing of the church. Could have taken a step closer or further back, since the tombstone on the bottom right corner is very heavy and occupies a lot of weight. If you take a step back, then it would appear much smaller (since you're using wide angle). If you take a step forward, you can cut it out of frame.
>>3601701I like the texture of the trees, but unlike the previous thread, there's no fog giving depth to the image; it feels flat. Subject needs to be deliberate and emphasized -- is it the trees or is it the mountain?
>>3601702meh, boring documentary style shot. Could have taken a step to the right so you could move the leaning tree trunk out of the way, as it stands it distracts from the subject
>Do you guys edit with the viewing medium in mind? I'm thinking most people will see these on a phoneplease don't become an instagram snapshitter, it's not worth it and will set you back in terms of improving your photography
>>3601703boring subject, boring photo
>>3601704too much empty space, and you're not using it in a way to make the subject stand out (the tree is blending in with the visible background; you could have gotten closer to the tree, crouched lower down, and aimed up so the tree would stand up against the white background
>>3601939very nice. Good subject, lucky about the boat, and nice weather conditions with falling snow.
