Are you using one of those "secure" trips where it will change when staff mucks around with the website settings instead of using a normal trip that won't change when staff mucks around with the website settings?

I would 100% trade my current (huge) enlarger for a small, modern one that I'd be able to set up more easily

I don't use a single one anymore. Now, I just use a random one on a per-thread basis, but not one used from thread to thread since that is never needed. Even then there's usually never a reason to use one.

Secure trips changing became a big problem on /ck/, a few times, when something staff did wrecked all secure trips. Normal trips have worked fine for over a decade.

I had a full darkroom kit including digitised enlarger which automatically shut off after the exposure time and also came with several lenses, all the trays, heat mats, thermometers, digital timers...plus all the little accessories that make things easier. I was gifted it all by a local photographer who had retired. I had it valued at between £350 and £500.

Went away for a year, came home and my parents had just thrown it all out without saying anything to me.
