Landscapes are always fun and are the staple of the budding photographer, just take some and see how you feel.
As to taking pictures in public, if you feel uncomfortable go to places where plenty of people are taking photographs like a museum or famous landmark etc.
Speaking from my own perspective, I have somewhat of a severe anxiety disorder yet experience quite the rush from taking some nice candid street photography. I'm not saying try it if you are truly uncomfortable, but I found the process incredibly freeing.
Ignore the dicks in this thread, to be expected on 4chan my friend. Everyone has potential and I see some in your work. Do not give up.
