Look, I really like Sony and I'm tempted to get a Sony A7 III, BUT I would still keep my M43 gear even then. Different uses.
Here's a simple pic that I posted in another thread that I really like, even if some might call it a snapshot. This shot was taken at a 218mm FF equivalent. What you may not know is that this shot was taken from a plane window. The lens I took this picture with weighs about 250g and is smaller than my hand. I took it out shooting the sky and the plane just randomly appeared all of a sudden. If I had a similar FF lens, I would most likely not have taken it out due to its size. Makes you look weird in a plane.
It's the same for street photography. I have a FF equivalent of 70-200mm which is very small, so I have no problem taking it out shooting candid shots.
You can't do that uses big lenses, you're noticed far more easily.
Also I was doing a 7 hours hike a few weeks ago, and I needed the lightest gear while still wanting to be able to shoot at 200mm equivalent. My RX100 couldn't achieve that.
