I have a Sekonic L28c2 that I bought for $20 off ebay.
It still works perfectly fine and I use regularly. Sometimes I'll use an app on my phone to measure reflected light, it works fine too.
I might get a newer meter someday to do flash stuff, but I'll cross that bridge when I get there.
