The best portraiture lens is the Meyer Orestor 100mm f2.8. It should run you €100-150.
The other lens you need is a Zeiss Tessar 50mm f2.8. That's a €10-20 lens if you shop around.
You should laso buy a Zeiss Flektogon 35mm f2.8. It should cost you no more than €100 for a zebra version.
These lenses are all manual focus.
You will need an m42 adapter to put the lenses on your camera. Count €10-20.
You will also need a cheap lens hood and a B+W skylight filter. They're cheap if you buy used like €5-10.
Now you have about €200 left to spend on a camera. I recommend a Pentax K20D. You can get them for under €200 on ebay.
This kit is all you will ever need.
