>>3649316>all the time. People often ask me what I'm taking a picture of:/ i tell them i'm not directly photographing their property. What the fuck are you doing? Why are you including peoples homes in your shots? Can't think of any reason outside the odd instagram shot where you're shooting down a street or catching a nice building
>>3649335He was trying to get a few bucks out of you
>>3649337This is now a cringe thread
>>3649407I've also almost never had this happen to me and I shot a fair amount of street in the past. What the hell are you doing that this is frequent for you?
>>3649773Nah- International Cities in particular tend to have tourists and different cultures react very differently to being shot. Germans in particular take the time to talk to you if you shoot them and often ask not to be shot
>>3649822>I don't understand why people get worked up about that.>I was binge watching this YouTube channel were this guy tells lazy shoppers that they should return their cart to the cart corrals. Almost everytime they immediately get confrontational and flip out over such tiny things. I'll never understand it.Then you haven't interacted with many people. It's fairly standard human nature- if you get up in someones business they have every right to get up in yours and if your social ability isn't there (common for /p/) then you're likely going to act like an autistic twat and tell them you have a right to shoot them instead of moving on with your life like a normal photographer
The YouTube guy being the perfect example- he's making money out of harassing people and sticking a camera in their face. The fact these people aren't taking their carts back is secondary to that. It's fucking obvious why they react the way they do, and also something he counts on. Nobody likes having a camera stuck in their face, even less when it's some internet autist giving them shit
