1. Do something with your hands. It doesn't really matter what, so long as they're not just dangling by your sides. Putting them on your hips is good. Face, good. Behind the head, good. Running through your hair, good. Behind your back, good. Grabbing your boobs, good. reaching towards the photographer, good. Dangling limply at your sides, bad.
2. Drink a lot of water and get a good night's sleep the night before.
3. If you're shooting nudes, wear something loose-fitting like a sundress so you don't have lines from your clothing
4. Don't let your photographer pressure you into sucking his dick, especially given the current situation with the plague.
5. Face towards the camera, eyes pointed a little bit away: Mysterious! Intriguing! Sexy! What's she looking at? Must be something cool!
Face a little bit away, eyes towards the camera: Coy! Inviting! Sexy! Flirtatious!
Face towards the camera, eyes towards the camera: Meh. It's okay. Nothing really bad about it.
6. If you have long hair, put it over one shoulder. If it's behind your head or over both shoulders in a front-on shot, it makes your neck seem thicker than it is.
7. Notice how the model in the infographic you posted are mostly keeping weight on one foot and bending the other leg a bit. Do that. That looks good.
8. Give your photographer a little time with each pose. Don't just move onto the next pose as soon as you hear a shutter. Default to two or three (unless they say to hold that pose or that you look really good in that pose, then hold it a little longer). I can't speak for other photographers, but I tend to give a little "Okay" or something when I'm ready for the model to move to a different pose.
