I’m going to a BLM protest/dally tomorrow to advantage of the situation and get some protesting photos. Should I use a DSLR (80D and a 70-200 2.8) or a film camera (Canon A-1)? On the one hand, digital will most likely help me take better overall photos but if anything happens I’m risking thousands of dollars worth of equipment. But if I use a film camera I’m stuck with a simple 50mm 1.8 but it’s only risking $200 worth of equipment.
And not to mention the size and weight difference.
