Or because its a manual lens I didn't quite nail it - I used the 2.5X Zoom to get it as precise as I could focus on the same spot but the throw on the focus ring is really short so the slightest touch may have made a difference too.
I could do a more 'clinical' version later - but it does get the idea across that the fringe exists. Out of all 3, the FF doesn't have the problems associated with crop, and a speed booster doesn't 100% solve the issue per se.
