>>3682140For Germany, I consider the prices for MSRP to be okay. But I noticed that no adapter is included. I'd appreciate a bonus for buying an adapter with the camera, since the system should really be connected to EF, anyway. I realize that this is not attractive for Canon, but I wonder why a teleconverter should not fit the RF70-200 or the RF100-500 only from 300mm focal length upwards. In a way, I am also protesting!
As someone who has arranged with the EF system, the only thing that really appeals to me about the RF system could be small prime lenses. I like to refer to the APO-Summicron SL lenses, the RF35/2 is far from that, the RF85/2 probably is too.
Earlier I also thought about a stabilized zoom trinity, but with IBIS I don't really care about that anymore, it would just be a topping.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to some hands-on or a shoot-out. It would be great if some Anons here could take a critical look at whatever R5 or R6.
>>3682166They had a woman especially to present the entry-level RF85/2 lens and proudly let the woman show her first macro shots. Besides, the presenter was black, a bit bolder and wore extra loose non-revealing clothes. By the way, they really let basement boys present their new nerdy achievements, where the boys even felt so comfortable that they once raised their eyes from their own shoes.
I overdo it a little and make fun of it. But what I really thought was that there was a lot of snooping around discussion points of forums that Canon addressed and tried to defuse.
