If you really want to find out, test it by increasing the radius and the sharpness of detail when sharpening. I can well imagine that free RAW converters have some kind of X-Trans specific demosaicing.

It seems that the cooperation between Fuji and Adobe is awkward, but the DNG files would be compatible with any color filter array (X-Trans, Bayer, ...), the only thing missing is the step that Lightroom interprets the Fuji RAW correctly.
