Hey /p/, I’m primarily a writer but I am being asked to do some more photo/video work, for obvious reasons. Is there anything in particular you guys would recommend that’s relatively portable and will do decent video (doesn’t have to be great video, it’s only for the web)? I want to be as up-to-date as I can afford but, as you can imagine, I can’t afford much. Essentially, I’d like to be in under $1,000. Some are trying to just do everything with cell phone, but I think that’s an unrealistic expectation. Though I’m open to the argument otherwise.
