Look at his face, now google people that have been beat up. He only has a bloody noise, and the rest of the blood is just smeared over his face and hands. No other cuts or bruises, which is unlikely to say the least.
Never mind that he wont report assault to the police, and has this 'oh I am so accepting of what happened, and I am not scared to go out again to take photographs, now check out my instagram' line in that article.
