Godox V850ii if you don’t need/want ttl, V860ii if you do.
You don’t need an AD200, because your softbox should be close to your subject, if your softbox is 1m in diameter. Then it should be 1m or closer to the subjects face.
Also 95cm+ octagon softbox. 120cm is really nice, but wind drag is much worse outdoors.
There’s no need to cheap out with yongnuo etc stuff anymore. Controlling flash power from the camera directly/the trigger is the best thing.
Pic related is one 95cm softbox iirc, can’t remember if I had the grid on or not.
Also you can use a few flashes and say a big king size white sheet with some clamps to create a huge effective softbox if you want to get it further away from the subject
