So /p/, I am getting asked to do paid portrait photography and I was wondering what do you guys believe is the best lens or focal length for the job.
I was looking at an 85mm or 105mm f/1.4 but then I realized I already have a 70-200mm telephoto zoom, but it's only f/2.8. The 70-200mm f/2.8, along with the 24-70mm f/2.8 are my go to lenses for event photography, but the 70-200mm seems to be a fairly popular lens for portraiture from the research I have done.
What do you guys think?
