The pictures will allways be exactly the same style.
You are fixed in focal length and aperture, at best you have 2 or 3 focal lengths these days.
You can't change the aperture to change the depth of field, it's allways the exact same.
You can't use filters like polarizing filters or ND filters.
Phones don't have a tripod mount, good image stabilisation or good ergonomics, limiting your usefull exposure times.
You can't just mount a strong flash to a phone, the build in LED is usualy rather weak.
Phones are good for snapshots because you pretty much allways have them with you, but they don't give you the options DSLR/MILC cameras do.
If you do use a phone for pictures, try the app "open camera", it's pretty nice as it doesn't overuse noise reduction and sharpening as well as giving you more controll over the image.
