all the discussions I've seen of it are so idiotic and unobjective that i really have my doubts. especially suspicious is that people claim extremely expensive and unobtainable lenses have it whereas modern ones don't... engineers are becoming more capable at designing things not less so there is no reason to expect modern lenses are in any way inferior to the old ones. photographers seem to be in denial about this
