>>3759038Yeah, I mean at the end of the day digital is going to be objectively better for most things. It’s just a hobby and I like shooting it.
Some combination of:
- I like how highlights and colors render, and also trying out different film stocks
- On rangefinders, scale focus works well for street (you could get this with an adapter on a digital body too)
- My X-T30 shutter is loud as fuck
- Film P&S’s are cheap, are still “full frame”, and fun. I can’t really justify buying a GRIII or RX100 just to replicate the experience on digital.
- I can afford medium format on film
