Meh, I think it works. You're just nipticking because you hate the guy for his cringy fedora persona, overblown ego and usual shit taste. In this case he was pretty tasteful. The image looks natural, we see things tinted green when green light reflects on them and people are no exception.

You can't always use equivalent f-stops.
The smaller sensor demands reducing the ISO, assuming you have a lens that can open that much. And sometimes you reach base ISO and can't reduce any further.

That still doesn't address the non-existent lenses.
A H6D-100c gets a crop ratio of 0.64x. With a 100mm f/2.2 lens (not even the fastest there's for it) you're looking at a 65mm f/1.4 on full frame, or a 42mm f/0.93 for APS-C.
For MFT it's even stupider: 32mm f/0.7. f/0.7 is one of the fastest lenses ever made, NASA used some 50mm f/0.7 Zeiss for example. It's basically unobtanium. There's some aerial photography mirror lenses that are even faster, but again unobtanium.

Theoretical possibility and practical possibility are different things. The whole point of smaller sensors is poorfagging, and when you get to the level that the lens alone costs more than a medium format Hasselblad with the lens you're trying to imitate, IF you can even get someone to sell it to you, it becomes pointless. What you're doing has a name, and that name is sensorlet cope.

lol, let’s look at lenses people will actually use. The closet option that’ll deliver as similar results as possible:
42.5mm f/1.2 - 85mm f/2.4 equivalent. Not too bad, but It’s $1600 US.
85mm f/1.8 - $400-$600 US depending on your system, and choice, as low as $200 US if you want a budget option.
And 85mm 1.4 can also be had for about $600 in a budget option thats still great.
