yup Full Spectrum converted and now I just use filters to choose what part of the spectrum I want to use.

May consider buying a light pollution filter actually my favorite thing about IR is how I can take photos of the sky looking directly at the sun and the sky looks perfect

IIRC the son was a just a bit above where the picture ends at the top, best time to shoot infrared is midday when there is the most light

It's really not that big of an improvement you just get more red from hydrogen rich emission nebulas. Some people might even say too much red. what really shits on normal cameras are actively cooled CMOS cameras where you need to use RGB filters to build your image.

Grab a flat head screwdriver
pry off the filter on the front of the sensor
and then you'll be ready
