The entire point of Fuji "sims" is exploiting a loophole in contests that demand SOOC JPEGs.
They look nothing like film and are objectively worse than RNI presets (which while still failing to achieve the film look get much closer).

I sometimes wonder how copyright etc works for these kinds of things.
Like, if I were to take their presets, tweak every value just a tiny bit and release it as a creative commons preset pack, would they be able to do anything about it?
I reckon I would also have to rename them for trademark licensing reasons, "Godak Silver 200" or some shit like that.

Butthurt samefag. You can get closer to the kodachrome look (which went back in production btw) with another film and tweaking it in post than using those so-called film sims. The results are laughable to anyone who's shot film.

Apart from the Instax users that make a living by photographing tourists, there are photographers that use Fujifilm cameras professionally. They are basically toy cameras.

What about people like Andy Mumford? Andymumford.com

He's landscape photographer printed in magazines. He switched from FF Nikon to fuji apsc, because durring long hikes each extra kilo is big fucking deal and for print size used in magazines quality difference is unnoticable.

What is even a professional photographer according to you?
Most people making a living out of photography do so by either headshotting people, making photos at some event or in the rare case they shoot your family/girlfriend with maximum bokeh. Your average Canon full frame with a bunch of short telephotos and maybe a wide angle is all you need for these jobs.
