Should I refrigerate color negative film that has been expired for over a decade?

I found somebody's old stash for cheap online on my country's version of eBay. It's Fuji C200, expired 2010. Is it still worth sticking in the fridge or should I just keep it on my shelf? I'm asking because I don't have a fridge dedicated to rolls of film and I don't wanna clog up the precious space in case it's not worth it.

Unironically just slap a filter on it if "muh toanz" is your reason for shooting film. Especially with 35mm, where you aren't going to get much more than 1MP out of it.
Back when film was the only medium of photography people went to huge lengths to compensate for the "superior" colours I assume you're referring to. Damn zoomers and their fake nostalgia.

Nah dont refrigerate it if its too much hassle, its not a rare and expensive film to begin with so just shoot it at your own pace.
Pic related is what you can expect from a fresh-ish roll of c200.

Aesthetically this photo is horrible as well, what is going on with those green shadows? You've also managed to get blown out sky on fucking film, congrats.

Even the best films have sub-10 stops of DR, whilst even shitty (by modern standards) digital cameras have over 10 stops of DR.
Plus, film has much, much more noise limiting the visible amount of DR as well.

Super 35 is roughly APS sized and it's 4K resolution aka 8MP. Full frame is roughly double that, you can get 16MP with a scanner that outresolves the grain.
