Was kinda wondering the same. What edits do smartphones do to the raw data? Maybe someone should take a raw image from a phone and try to recreate the look of the jpeg in lightroom. Don't have the time or skill to do it my self but it might be interesting

That will result in the look of a "good" phone camera.
For a "bad" phone camera you also want to:
>crank up ISO to maximum
>stop down lens further
>shake the camera while taking a pic
>if it's dark, underexpose by 2-3 stops
>mount an UV-filter and smear vaseline over it

Had same setup as in OP's pic.
Just shoot f16, never go below iso 1600 because you'll want that low tonality, low dynamic range, noise look.
Shoot jpeg with max sharpening, noise reduction. 28mm will give u best results.

Yes, through the lightroom mobile app which you have to pay for unfortunately but it give you full manual and dng files.

Check your phone camera settings, you might be able to shoot JPEG + RAW - I have a pixel 2 XL and I can do this. Granted, working with raw files from your phone still kinda sucks but its still kinda neat

Instal Open Camera and pray that your phone supports Camera2 API. Dig through the settings and enable raw capture. My phone does not capture RAWs by default but luckily I've been able to hack it this way.
