If you want a stable platform to post photos for likes, then post it on Instagram or your own website. Don’t act like a sour puss just because other people saw your photos with your own 5DIV with 85mm f/1.2L lens and they wanted to try it too, only they couldn’t afford your gear, so they need to discuss options in their budget. I swear, most of you homos complaining about gear threads have more than $10,000 worth of kit and you don’t want to admit it. Let us enjoy the same privileges to discuss this topic freely as you likely experienced starting out. Maybe you had the conversations with other students in art school and not on 4chan, but the conversations still do need to happen. Don’t like it? Then go back to Instagram.
