I think security cameras should be massively regulated. Everybody has these fucking doorbell cameras in tightly packed neighborhoods that point directly at the houses across the street, into the neighbors yards and windows. This shit goes directly to cops. It's out of hand when there is no expectation of privacy on your own damn property. REEEEEE

in public, no. no consent should be required, and enforcing consent would be virtually impossible.

BUT: wearing mask and obscuring your identity should be allowed and encouraged, and any request to have a picture removed or an their portion of the picture removed should be legally enforcable, HOWEVER, the burden of informing, find and making requests should be on the person who desires their identities to be removed from pictures.
