It looks to me like a texture layer over digital.
None, not one of my film shots have ever had that many marks on it once developed.
That's the only thing though - anything digital these days can be well enough edited to look like film (though I'd never claim to be able to say "Oh that's been shot on Xxxxx Brand of film.)

Actually, a Canon 7D produced a slight ripple, no such distinct worms. Otherwise I haven't seen even ripple across various cameras, aps-c and 1" included. Almost find it exciting that your phone is so blatant.

Yeah I don't know, my 600D had no worms, neither did my 7D nor my bf's A7S2, but my Panasonic LX100, Fuji XT2 and Oneplus 7T Pro all produce horrible worms
