if the only thing you care about, is getting it done for cheap, you could get the cheapest bw film around 4-5 eur (foma 100,200,400)
getting rodinal (6-8 eur for 200ml (dilute to 1+25 or 1+50))
(or powdered foma dev, ~50cents/film if fully used)
some cheap fixer (foma, 3-4 eur/lit here 1+5 ratio so 5liters)
these are the consumables
the equipment you'll need:
a developping tank ~30 eur new, like 5-10 used
termometer ~ 1-3 eur
a few dark containers (could use olive oil bottles and stuff)
a big measuring bottle 1l (dont use your kitchen one, the chems are not food, get new one(s))
a small measuring container, or syringe if you use rodinal
