Colours straight out of Fujis have nearly universal appraisal, in the vein as Canon colours. This is despite the fact they're quite inaccurate, versus Sony which generally capture the most accurate colours. However, Fuji have publically stated they target memory colours, that is, the colours our brain remembers instead of reality.
Film sims are a gimmick enjoyed by boomers and instagrammers, however, they make a nice starting point when editing towards a desired goal.
