Why is the same exact lens 63€ on RF mount.
83€ on Xmount
and 99€(!) on F mount?

Because of the glass it has to compete with. Canon makes a dirt cheap EF-RF adapter that works like it's native so RF users have a gigantic catalog of glass to pick from.

I had a shitty chinese adapter off ebay that very nearly got stuck on my sony. I had to drill a small hole in it and use a lens spanner to screw the damn thing off. Probably had improper machining tolarance from the factory

What makes you think a similar thing can't happen with modern cameras? Maybe you have a few lenses with smart adapters, upgrade your body and suddenly something gets fried.

It's the same lens. Only thing that's different is rear mount. It's made for nikon 1 mount. It's the smallest mount of them, and rarest, so maybe it needs more metal or something.
