I'm right-handed but left-eye dominant, and I find that a lot of cameras don't play well with that. Rangefinder style cameras like the Sony a6xxx series are just not enjoyable for me to use. Even for some DSLRs, they will position a control like the AF joystick right under my nose, so I can't really reach it without touching my nose with my thumb.

Why are all cameras biased toward right-handed people, and many cameras biased toward right-eyed people? I can't even imagine how bad it must be for left-handed people.
