The 8K is the only part of your criticism that makes sense for a cinema camera.
EVF and IBIS make no sense when you're using an external monitor in a cinema rig.
Honestly it's pointless when the BMPCC6K exists, outside of the mount thing.

I'm not the guy complaining about no IBIS. I think this camera will probably sell well with youtubers if it can do 4k/120 and 4k/60 for a long period of time without overheating, and if it has 4k/24. The lack of an EVF and IBIS are going to be non-issues for videofags, and it also looks like the camera will have some useful controls for doing video. However, 8k is the current fad, and I can see a lot of people balking at the price for a camera that doesn't do 8k, especially when you can rig an EOS R5 with a heat sink to convert it into a dedicated 8k videography camera and shoot 8k indefinitely.

We're going to need start strapping a heat sink and fan onto our cameras sooner or later. Like 486 CPUs didn't need them until the dx2 OD and dx4, then they became standard. We'll soon see a flat copper pad area on cameras where we can mount our hsf

It could happen with Sony, but they just prefer to make the microchip use less electrocity than overloadig the microchip.

You're projecting that idea from the computer market. A market which had no upper limit to the benefits of infinite FPS and benchmarking numbers.
Cameras are different. There will always be lage chunks of the market who prefers traditional noiseless cameras over a camera that has +20 FPS at the cost of sounding like a leafblower.

<-However it will need this. The Seamless-Variable electronic ND is the only thing Sony has which makes them stand out compared to the competition.

It will never be a tru FS or FX camera in my eyes if it lacks THE signature feature.
