The only features the Pen-F lacks are phase detection, weather sealing, certain video features. It also lacks focus stacking, though focus bracketing is still available, if you have no issue with doing that in Photoshop (or other software) instead.
It's got Olympus' IBIS, Sync-IS is also available on compatible lenses, Olympus' Live Composite, the AF is still fast (though it can hunt in certain circumstances), the 20mp sensor and a good EVF and fully articulated screen, and full compatibility with all of Olympus' flashes.
If there are a few complaints...
Burst shooting maxes out at 11fps electronic shutter - 10 mechanical but S-AF/MF only. No weather sealing. No PDAF. The EVF is to the left of the lens making it a bit harder to align long focal lengths where you want. Battery life is perfect for travel shooting, not for all-day use. The ergonomics are that of a rangefinder... easily fixed with a grip though.
